Deposit Limits & Restrictions

Explaining why you may be blocked from depositing, including voluntary responsible gaming limits and system security blocks.

Updated over a week ago

What does the message "Reached Deposit Limit" mean?

If you see this message, you have hit a Responsible Gaming Limit that you previously set on your account (e.g., a monthly cap).

  • When can you deposit again: You must wait for the limit period to reset.

  • Managing Limits: You can review or request changes to your limits here: When logged into your account, go to Menu on the top right of your page → Profile → Gaming Limits → Deposit Limit.

  • Note: If you did not set this limit yourself, please check the Gaming Limits page to see if a system or regulatory limit has been applied. Support cannot lower these limits; they are handled by our Responsible Gaming team.

What does the message "Maximum Number of Deposit Attempts" mean?

This is a temporary security block. It happens if there have been too many failed deposits tries in a short time.

  • Duration: The block lasts for 24 hours.

  • Solution: You must wait for the 24 hours to pass; the block cannot be removed manually.

  • Next Steps: Before trying again, ensure your payment details are correct and you have sufficient funds. If the error persists after the waiting period, try a different payment method.
