How to cancel a withdrawal yourself

If your withdrawal is still under review, you can stop it:

  1. Go to your pending withdrawal request.

  2. Select Cancel.

  3. The funds will immediately return to your account balance.

  4. Tip: If the balance doesn't update, log out and log back in.

Important: Once a withdrawal enters the "Processing" or "Settlement" stage, it can no longer be cancelled.

Why was my withdrawal cancelled by the system?

If you received a cancellation notification that you didn't initiate, it is likely due to:

  • Wagering Requirements: Your deposited funds were not wagered at least twice (2x) as per our Terms and Conditions.

  • Verification Issues: Your account verification is incomplete or documents expired.

  • Payment Mismatches: The payment details entered did not match your registered account information.

  • Method Conflict: You attempted to withdraw to a method different from your deposit method.

How to prevent cancellations

  • Always check your Transaction History to ensure you have met wagering requirements.

  • Ensure your Account Verification is 100% complete.

  • Double-check that your bank or e-wallet details are correct.
