How do I place a bet?
Placing a bet is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
Select your event: Browse the sports lobby and click on the event you are interested in to view the available odds.
Choose your outcome: Click on the odds for the result you think will happen. This will add the selection to your Bet Slip.
Enter your stake: Type in the amount you wish to wager.
Confirm: Check the details and hit the confirm button.
Note: If you want to place a Multi (Accumulator) or System bet, simply add more selections to your slip before confirming.
What is the difference between Single, Multi, and System bets?
Single Bet: A wager on just one event. You win if that specific outcome happens.
Multi Bet (Accumulator): A combination of two or more selections (up to 20) in one bet.
How it works: All your selections must win for you to get a return. The advantage is that the odds of all selections are multiplied, offering a higher potential payout.
System Bet: This covers multiple combinations of your chosen selections (e.g., Doubles, Trebles).
How it works: Unlike an accumulator, you can still win even if one of your selections loses, depending on the type of system bet you choose.
How does Bet Builder work?
Bet Builder allows you to create a personalized bet by combining multiple markets from the same match into a single wager.
Example: In a single football game, you can bet on Team A to win + Over 2.5 Goals + Player X to Score.
Rules: Just like an accumulator, all parts of the Bet Builder must be correct for the bet to win. If one part loses, the whole bet is lost.
What is Cash Out?
Cash Out puts you in control of your bet before the event finishes. It allows you to:
Secure a profit if your selection is winning but you are worried the tide might turn.
Cut your losses if your selection is losing and you want to save part of your stake.
Where to find it: When available, you will see the Cash Out icon on the event page or next to your active wager in the My Bets section.
Why is Cash Out not appearing? Cash Out is not guaranteed for every bet. It may be unavailable due to:
The market type not supporting it.
Live volatility (odds changing too fast).
Technical unavailability.
What is a Free Bet?
A Free Bet allows you to place a wager without using your real cash balance.
How to use it: Add a selection to your slip. If you have a Free Bet available, you will see a toggle or checkbox on the slip. Switch it on before confirming.
Winnings: If your bet wins, you receive the profit only. The original Free Bet stake is not returned to your balance.
