Bet Settlement & Payouts

Understanding when you get paid, how winnings are calculated, and rules regarding void bets and extra time.

When will I receive my winnings?

  • Standard Settlement: We aim to settle most bets within 30 minutes of the event finishing.

  • Typical Timeline: Settlement typically occurs within 2 to 24 hours after the event ends, with many results processed within approximately 2 hours.

  • Delays: Special markets or multi-event bets may take longer, especially if required data is missing or the event's outcome is unclear. In such cases, settlement may remain pending until the necessary information is obtained, which can take up to 24 hours.

Does my bet include Extra Time?

Generally, No.

  • Unless the market specifically states otherwise (e.g., "To Win in Extra Time"), bets are settled on the result at the end of Regular Time (e.g., 90 minutes + injury time for football).

Why was my bet voided?

A "Void" bet means the bet has been cancelled and your stake has been returned to your balance. This happens if:

  1. Event Issues: The match was cancelled or a specific player you bet on did not participate.

  2. Errors: The odds or market were displayed incorrectly due to a data error.

  3. Technical Faults: A system issue affected the bet placement.

What happens if there is a Tie (Dead Heat)?

When two or more participants finish in the same position, this is known as a tie (sometimes referred to as a “dead heat”). This can happen in various sports including Horse Racing or Golf.

  • In these cases, the payout is settled according to the rules for that specific sport and market.

  • Depending on the rules, this may result in a reduced or shared return compared to a single outright winner, or in some cases a refund at odds of 1.00 (for example, certain Win 1 / Win 2 markets when the official result is recorded as a draw).

All bets are settled based on the official result announced by the event organizer. Later changes to the result do not affect settlement, except for statistical markets that may be updated within 24 hours.

Why did I receive less than expected?

If your payout is lower than the odds suggested, check if:

  • Rule 4 Deductions applied: (Common in racing if a runner withdraws).

  • It was a System Bet: Not all lines may have won.

  • A Void occurred: One selection in your accumulator may have been voided, reducing the total odds of the bundle.

  • Cash-Out Settlements: If you choose to cash out a bet before the event concludes, the payout will reflect the cash-out value at the time of the transaction rather than the full potential winnings.
