When you register for a Mystino account, you will be automatically signed up for the Loyalty Program.
How can I earn Loyalty Points?
You can earn Loyalty Points by playing eligible games with cash.

How can I level up?

The more you play, the faster you can level up. You have three months to fill your progression bar. If it is not full by the end of this period, don’t worry—you can try again during the next three-month cycle.
How long will I keep my Level?
You will keep your highest achieved Level for 12 full calendar months.
During this time, you can continue making cash wagers to maintain your progress and work towards reaching an even higher Level.
Can my Level go down?
After 12 months, your Level may be adjusted based on your recent wagering activity if your play has slowed down.
You will only lose Levels if your recent activity no longer supports your current Level, so there are no unexpected Level decreases.

As you level up, you will unlock increasingly valuable rewards and exclusive items in the Loyalty Shop.
