How does Weekly Cashback work?
No entry required! Simply play with cash on any eligible game between Saturday and Friday, and we'll automatically credit your Cashback the following Saturday.
Important: There's nothing to opt in to — Cashback is calculated and credited automatically for all qualifying play.
Mechanic: You'll receive up to 5% cashback on your net losses (cash wagers minus cash wins).
Period: Calculated weekly, from Saturday 00:01 to Friday 23:59.
Limit: Up to ¥75,000 (approximately $500) per week.
Eligible activity: Casino games and Sportsbook both count. Playjumbo entries are excluded.
When will I receive my Cashback?
Your Cashback is credited automatically on the Saturday following the play week it covers.
Where can I check my Cashback?
You can see your current Cashback balance, details, FAQs, and history by going to the Cashback balance on your home screen and clicking it. From the same screen, you can also turn off Cashback if you'd prefer not to receive it.
I didn’t receive my Cashback
Cashback is automatically credited on the Saturday following the end of the qualifying period.
Please check the following first:
Whether the qualifying period has ended
Whether you made any eligible bets or played any eligible games
Whether the Cashback has been reflected in your Cashback balance on the home screen
Whether you have turned off Cashback in your settings
Whether you used an excluded service, such as Playjumbo
Whether you incurred a net loss during the qualifying period
(No Cashback is awarded if your winnings exceed your wagers for the week.)
Please note that, for Sportsbook, only bets placed from 16:10 on October 7 (Japan time) onward are eligible for Cashback.
